In England and Wales, the current drink driving limit is:

BREATH : 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath

BLOOD : 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml of blood

URINE : 107 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml of urine

In Scotland, the current drink driving limit is:

BREATH : 22 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath

BLOOD : 50 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml of blood

URINE : 67 milligrammes of alcohol per 100ml of blood
